Yes, Stadium Village Flats is a smoke-free building.
Each person is responsible for his or her own rent payment. Stadium Village Flats rents by the bed, which means each individual room in a unit has its own lease. Ex: In a 4-bedroom apartment, there will be 4 individual leases. This means you will not be stuck paying someone else’s rent.
Cable, Internet, Water, Trash, and Sewer are included in rent. You will be billed separately for your Electricity, and Gas consumption. Each unit has full control over heating and cooling.
Stadium Village Flats makes it an easy process for you to pay your rent each month. Choose from one of the 4 following options:

Stadium Village Flats does not require it to live on the property, but we strongly urge residents to obtain their own insurance. By signing the lease, the resident takes responsibility of any damage that could take place in the apartment.
Unfortunately, Stadium Village Flats does not allow pets in the building except in the case of seeing-eye dogs.
Each bedroom will include a bed (includes frame & mattress), nightstand, computer desk and dresser drawer system. Living rooms will include a sofa or loveseat, chair, end table, and coffee table. 2-3 bar stools will be also provided for breakfast counters or islands in the kitchen.
Yes, a full size washer and dryer is available in each unit.

There is a cardio fitness center on the 2nd floor with treadmills and ellipticals that overlook Washington Avenue. Each treadmill and elliptical has an individual TV attached to the machine so you can run to music or pass the time by watching a TV show.

On the top floor of the complex, you can take in the sights of the University of Minnesota Campus. It’s decked out with TVs, a beverage bar and comfortable lounge seating.
Heated, underground, secure parking is available for scooters and cars for an additional cost. Bicycle storage is available free of charge.
Unfortunately, there is no guest parking on-site, however, there is ample public parking available to your guests.
Stadium Village Flats is committed to providing residents with a comfortable, fun, and close-to-campus living situation. For security purposes, entry point as well as amenities, underground garage, and units can only be opened by a resident's keyfob. Each individual’s bedroom can also be locked if desired.
Yes, both a management and maintenance staff is available during regular office hours. There is also a 24-hour assistance available in case of an emergency.
The front desk will be staffed everyday during regular office hours to provide a friendly face to greet students as they return from class, jobs, internships or activities around Campus.
